Meet The Advisor

David Motley, AIF®, CRPC®
Financial planning consultant and branch manager
David is a financial planning consultant who helps clients build retirement and investment strategies that are straightforward, evidence-based, and tailored to the real world. Since 2012, David has worked in the retirement space with a focus on clarity, education, and building a plan clients can understand, follow, and adjust as life evolves.
Early in his career, David supported corporate retirement plan relationships, which shaped his focus on structure, process, and outcomes. Today, he works extensively with public-sector and government employees—particularly higher education, teachers, and local government professionals—along with individuals connected to not-for-profits, including foundations, human services, and faith-based organizations.
David is based in Colorado Springs with ties to Monument and Pueblo. He’s active with the Colorado Springs Downtown Rotary and supports community initiatives across Colorado through ongoing service and philanthropic involvement. He and his partner are raising three daughters, which keeps him grounded and focused on what long-term planning is really for.
